At heart we are a problem-solving organisation with a comprehensive understanding of buildings and their management, and a core value of delivering both efficiency and empathy.
In our 22 years’ experience in property and its management, we’ve witnessed building and block management being either effective without empathy, or kind but ineffectual. Combining these two traits at all times is our core value, with which we’re leading the industry’s modernisation.

Our Mission
We believe freeholders and landlords have a fundamental moral and social obligation to ensure good maintenance, enabling leaseholders ultimately to sell without difficulty - and to live well in the meantime.
We have had professional and personal experience at every level of building residency, ownership, and management: from frustrated leaseholder through to efficient organisation revolutionising the industry.
Consequently, we know how it feels to be on the receiving end of every conceivable decision or change, at a personal level. But we’ve also developed the knowledge, experience, qualifications and connections over the past 2 decades to actually do something about it.
In our 22 years in property management, we’ve repeatedly seen the real need for change in the way management companies are run and how they interact with boards, residents, and leaseholders.
